You can move your furniture from your first apartment to this one. Simply return the furniture to you inventory in your XAM when you are at 98th Avenue and then move house. Place it all back in here. When you have all the Skill Points you need, you again need to tame ferrets so watch your energy and bladder as before and socialise. Make sure J.
