I forgot to mention the install is on a fresh windows instal so there wasn't a previous version of office on the system I ran the fix tool anyways after running it there was two messages one telling me that uninstall was successful and other telling that office was successfully installed, after rebooting system i searched for "office " but there were no files related to office anywhere.
