The collection of policies is what is known as Group Policy, of which there are two types: local and domain based. Local is when the policy resides in and is controlled on the local computer.

Domain-based policy is when the policy resides on an Active Directory domain controller to which multiple computers are connected.

Documents, media, and other data can be dragged onto the Windows 7 taskbar, but they will be added to the Jump List for the associated application.

We have just gotten rid of a nasty and long logon script and moved all the settings to GPO's as we move to Windows 7, so this means that we would have to create one anyway. Have we really gotten to the point where I have to write a small programme that will create this shrtcut for me? We have a webshop style web app running ontop of SCCM and It would be nice If we could pin that to the start menu, or at least the task bar.
